Witherspoon development in Brentwood was the site of the  2017 Pinnacle Financial Partners Parade of Homes™.

Sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT), the event featured an impressive cast of local construction professionals and interior designers.

 

 

 

 

The houses ranged from Castle Homes’ 6,748 square foot contemporary English Country house to Ford Custom Classic Homes’ 9,000 square foot home, which the builder describes as Rustic Elegance.

 

 

 

 

The six builders included Barlow Builders, Castle Homes, Ford Custom Classic Homes, Legend Homes, and Schumacher Homes, and Stonegate Homes.

 

 

 

 

Witherspoon is a 263-acre enclave of 153 luxury home sites. This estate community offers a combination of natural beauty, classic architecture, and exceptional amenities. Seven of Middle Tennessee’s finest custom home builders offer impressive homes there featuring  American, English, French, and Italian-influenced architecture priced from the $800s to over $2 million. The subdivision is being developed by CPS Land and Ford Custom Classic Homes.

The homes feature the latest in building materials, lighting, kitchen design, flooring, wood beams and recycled materials, beautiful millwork, as well as window treatments, a bourbon bar, elevators, butler’s pantries, wine rooms, unusual ceilings, accent walls, and more.
