Owen Hosay

Owen Hosay is a Nashville native with a strong background in real estate development. Having grown up around the land development industry, Owen developed an early understanding of the complexities of bringing communities to life—from identifying opportunities to delivering finished neighborhoods. He brings a diverse skill set that includes financial underwriting, land acquisition, entitlement strategy, and relationship building. Owen is passionate about working with partners, municipalities, and stakeholders to help move projects from concept to completion while creating long-term value for communities. Owen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Baylor University and later completed his MBA at Lipscomb University. Outside of work, Owen enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, golfing, traveling, and spending time on the lake.
